There are a number of unauthorized dealers and online retailers selling our products, some of whom falsely claim to have been authorized by Earthquake Sound. There are also unauthorized dealers who take customer's orders, charge their credit cards, but do not have our merchandise in stock to deliver.
If you purchased Earthquake products from an unauthorized dealer:
We are not obligated to cover you under our warranty.
We may not be able to help you if you have a problem with an unauthorized dealer or online seller.
We have no way of determining whether these products are used, refurbished, counterfeit, stolen, or otherwise compromised.
We recommend that you contact Earthquake Sound to find the authorized dealer nearest you by calling us at 800-576-7944 Customer Service.

Gaming Audio Products

Earthquake Sound is excited to expand into the gaming world.  We produce Tactile Transducers and matching amplifiers to intensity any gaming experience, whether on the computer or with your gaming console.

Tactile Transducers are subwoofers but instead of emitting sound, they emit vibration.  They have multiple mounting options and can be bolted to armchairs, office chairs, couches, and even platforms.  Now you can live the game instead of just playing the game.

Coming soon, Earthquake Sound will offer a Tactile Transducer and matching amplifier specifically geared towards the needs and desires of gamers.  Stay tuned for this set, which can be sold separately or as one unit.
